If its your first time journey to Rajasthan and you wonder where to visit, then I would recommend hitting the Royal Quadrants of Rajasthan. I have been to Rajasthan multiple times and I could say that if you could atleast cover these 4 destinations Jaipur – Jodhpur – Jaisalmer – Udaipur in Rajasthan then you have been to half of Rajasthan. Its a matter of fact that there is much more to explore and experience in Rajasthan’s rich heritage, grandeur, and architectural brilliance.

Jaipur – The pink City

Jaipur is the capital of Rajasthan and among all it is considered the Gateway to Royalty. From the majestic Amer Fort to the splendid Hawa Mahal every street and corner of Jaipur whispers the story of Proud Rajput Kings. You can witness the astronomical wonders of Jantar Mantar and dive into bazaars filled with jewellery and handicrafts and traditional textiles. Do enjoy the experience of bargaining, it is an art and doing it right makes the entire experience more rewarding.

Jodhpur – The Blue City

As soon as you reach Jodhpur head straight to Mehrangarh Fort, the blue painted houses surrounding the fort give s stunning contract against the golden desert landscape. This would be one of your most instagramable destinations in Rajasthan. This place offers perfect blend of history, culture and natural beauty. Whether you are exploring the royal palaces, walking along the blue walls, or experiencing delicious Rajasthani cuisine the city promises an unforgettable experience.

Jaisalmer The Golden City

The city feels like a dream, emerging from the Thar Desert. This is where you experience the desert DNA of Rajasthan. As a tourist this would be the best place for you to experience desert actives in Rajasthan. The famous Jaisalmer Fort and Patwon-Ki-Haweli makes you feel like in a dream. If you happen to be in Jaisalmer do not miss the desert night under the starlit sky which is simply magical.

Udaipur – The city of lakes

When I first visited Udaipur I could not understand why its called the city of lakes, but after a descent exploration across the city it was nothing less than a fairytale. If you are a couple or honeymooner make sure you spend atleast a day in Udaipur. In whole of Rajasthan Udaipur has romance in its air. Often known as Venice of the East, Udaipur is a mesmerising city where Royalty meets Romance.

From the majestic Forts to interesting lakes, from hussle of the bazars to calmness of the desert. The Royal Quadrants offer you a good experience of the culture, heritage and beauty of Rajasthan. Add this to your world tour bucket list, I promise you wont regret it.
